Medical
Benefit eligible Partners and their eligible dependents have the opportunity to enroll in medical plans offered by Anthem. Boot Barn is currently offering three (3) plans:

Anthem PPO Classic
High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP)

Anthem PPO Platinum Saver – This plan qualifies and can be paired with a Health Savings Account

Anthem PPO Smart Saver – This plan qualifies and can be paired with a Health Savings Account

HSA & FSA
Health Savings Account (HSA): For high deductible plan health plan enrollees (Platinum Saver or Smart Saver), money is deposited each paycheck and can be used for eligible healthcare expenses. Unused funds roll over yearly. The maximum contribution for January 1 through December 31, 2026 is $4,400 for individual and $8,750 for family. Partners over the age of 55 can make an additional $1,000 catch up contribution.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA): For all full-time Partners not enrolled in a high deductible plan health plan (Platinum Saver or Smart Saver), a FSA lets you use pre-tax dollars to cover eligible health care expenses for you and your eligible dependents. The maximum contribution for January 1 through December 31, 2026 is $3,400.

Dependent Care FSA: Can be used to pay for childcare expenses for children up to the age of 13 and/or care for a disabled family member in the household, who is unable to care for themselves. The maximum contribution for January 1 through December 31, 2026 is $7,500 for individuals and married couples filing jointly and $3,750 for married couples filing separately.
Commuter Spending Account: Can be used to cover qualified transit passes, vanpooling, payments for transportation in a commuter highway vehicle, and qualified parking costs. The maximum contribution for parking and transit FSAs is $340 per month for 2026. Cash reimbursement is not allowed. You must use the FSA Debit card for all parking and transit purchases.
