What is Open Enrollment?Open enrollment is a designated time period when members can make changes to their benefits. Once a year, member have the opportunity to enroll or unenroll themselves or their dependents from Boot Barn Health and Wellness plans.

What happens if I do not take action during Open Enrollment?This year's open enrollment is PASSIVE, meaning if no action is taken, you will remain enrolled in your currently benefit plans.

When does coverage begin?Any election made during Open Enrollment will take effect on October 1, 2024.

How do I enroll?1) Go to lifion.adp.com 2) Once you are logged into the system, hover your initials in the top right corner of the screen. 3) Select "Your Profile," then select "Benefits," then select "Benefits Dashboard ADP." 4) Select the button"Annual Enrollment Event." What happens to my deductible and out-of-pocket maximum?All deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums will carry over to the end of the calendar year (12/31/24) to the plan Partners enroll in.

Will I receive an new ID card?You will only receive a new ID card in the mail if you make changes to your current elections or enroll in a new plan. If you need to update your address, log into lifion.adp.com to make the changes. If you lost your ID card or need a replacement, log into your Collective Health account at mycollectivehealth.com/login where you will be able to request an ID card to be mailed. If you download the Collective Health app, you will be able to access digital ID cards.

Will there be any changes to my prescriptions?There are no changes to your prescriptons.

What is a Health Savings Account (HSA)?A Health Savings Account is a pre-tax savings account for members enrolled in the Smart Saver or Platinum Saver plan. Those recently enrolled in one of those plans can begin their HSA contribution 1/1/2025.

When can I enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?The FSA is transitioning to calendar year. A separate open enrollment will be held in November for Partners to elect the benefit. The rules for each benefit is slightly different: Health Care FSA Participants: You will be allowed to spend down your balance and submit for reimbursement through 12/15/24. Dependent Care FSA Participants: You have until 12/30/24 to submit for reimbursement for services incurred between 10/1/2023 - 9/30/2024. Transit Participants: You will be allowed to continue to contribute to the benefit for the remainder of the 2024 calendar year.

If I am currently on a leave of absence for any reason, do I need to complete the Open Enrollment process online?This year's Open Enrollment is PASSIVE, meaning is no action is taken you will remain enrolled in your current benefit plans. If you would like to make changes, please contact the Benefits Team by email, benefits@bootbarn.com or by phone, (949) 453-4498. Please note, the Flexible Spending Account (healthcare and dependent care) plan year is transitioning to calendar year, 1/1/2025. A separate open enrollment will be held in November. Communication will be sent out in mid-to-late October.
